We have heard the cries to “save the bees,” but that doesn’t just include honeybees. Florida has a diversity of native pollinators that are endangered because of habitat loss and overuse of chemicals. This workshop will focus on how we can help the pollinator population in our own backyards. Since this workshop will include foraging natural materials and building a bee hotel that each student will take home, it is recommended for older elementary, middle, and high school students.
